As with Chapter 1 there are no resource files for this chapter. They will
start in Chapter 3.
I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that we have

of the configuration options discussed in the book as well as sample
templates and tutorials on other issues that are posted in our forum or on
the Microsoft Public group.
